FOTD - 13.08.12

Since I forgot my camera yesterday, I'm showing you my latest FOTD now... well, yesterdays FOTD! First, some photo spamming of my lovely look!

Enough of the vanity! Now let me show you what I used to create this look!

All the goodies together.

Avon Magix Face Perfector

I started with my newest primer from Avon. I was lucky enough to get this in the Beauty Heaven Open Day Goodie Bag - as I absolutely love this one! There have been a lot of people complaining about the smell, but it didn't bother me at all. It really felt like a good quality primer and helps keep my make-up lasting nice longer!

Rimmel London Match Perfection Cream Gel Foundation

I think this has made a few appearances in my FOTD posts, probably because it's just so damn good! Although I'm a huge lover of the newer foundation from Rimmel London, Wake Me Up, I still prefer this one to give me a flawless look for special occasions!

Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder

Finished it all off with a top layer of the Stay Matte powder! As you can see I've more than just hit pan on this baby, and it's almost to the point I can't use it anymore! Seeing as though I'm on a spending ban and lot allowed to buy more, I'm trying to stretch this out as much as I possibly can!

E.L.F Blush in Twinkle Pink

When I first bought this and opened it up, my first thought was: "Oh God what have I done?!" It's incredibly sparkly and twinkly, as the name suggests, and is such a light bright pink I thought I'd never be able to pull it off! But after playing around with it I realise it actually gives a lovely subtle look if applied correctly, and the sparkles don't make too much of an appearance!

Maybelline Eye Studio Duo in Carbon Frost

I don't usually buy separate eye-shadows but this one was on sale and I couldn't resist the lovely colours! I really focused on the black side as the purple side was fairly sheer and didn't seem to show up very well on camera!

Maybelline One by One Volum' Express Mascara in Satin Black
Oh this lovely! It really extends my eyelashes and I could rave about it often, although maybe not the best for the lower lashes as you can see in the above photos!

Chi Chi All Night Long Automatic Eyeliner

Eyeliners are so hard to photograph! Why is this!? This one is really lovely and creamy though, and is definitely my favourite for nights out or on days when I know I need my eyeliner to last a long time!

M.A.C Lipstick in Russian Red

I don't usually opt for red lipsticks during the day however this one just looks so lovely I couldn't help myself! Tell me it doesn't look fabulous!

So what did you think of my FOTD yesterday? You may notice the lack of gel or liquid liner on my upper lashline which is something I never, ever leave out! But I felt that I could do without for today! How do you think it turned out?
