Halloween 2012

Happy belated Halloween everyone! Sadly, Australia does not really celebrate Halloween, yet it's a holiday that I truly love! The idea of celebrating all things spooky is just so unique and different from all of the other holidays, how could you resist?

This year, my boyfriend and I hosted a Halloween party! I thought I'd show you a few pictures from our party, and our costumes!

Our dress up theme this year was Heroes & Villains!

My candle shrine! Bleeding candles from Dusk Candles!

Spooky hanging witch!

Creepy Dementor like ghost.

Scary hanging man!

Adorable mice witches!

Bloody footprints on the floor!

Scary life sized witch! She cackled and said spooky things if you touched her!

Some of the yummy food and blood splattered tablecloth!

We hid little skulls in the food!

Creepy ghost woman portrait in the mirror! Freaked a few people out!

Our bathroom door cover! Check out her panties! They say "bringin' spooky back!"

I dressed up as Harley Quinn from Batman! (I chose the Arkham Asylum game version!)

My friend Chelsea from Super Purdy dressed up as Linda Lee or, Supergirl!

My sister dressed up as Wonder Woman!

Emily from Pastel Rainbows came as "Hero by Enrique Iglasias" (Note the CD around her neck! Very clever, Emily!)

My friend's who recently got engaged came to my party as Mario and Luigi! I don't think I'll ever look at Super Mario the same again!

My boyfriend dressed as the Joker, of course! (He finally gave in and said I could do his make-up!)

My friend came as Clark Kent, hence the Superman t-shirt underneath! Couldn't not share this picture!

There were heaps of other costumes but some people asked me not to share as most of us are a bunch of nerdy people and not really used to having our faces plastered all over the internet!

I hope you liked checking out my Halloween pictures from this year! Next year I'm planning another big party! (this time bigger as hopefully I'll know some more bloggie friends by then that I can invite!)

How was your Halloween? Did you get up the anything fun? Did you see any hilarious costumes?
