Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser

I've been using the Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser for about a month now, and I figured it was time to share my results!

My initial thoughts, before even testing the product out, were slightly on the negative side. I don't get bad acne, and it smelt somewhat medicinal, so maybe this would be a little too rough for my skin. However, in the interest of reviews and my ever lasting search for the Holy Grail cleanser, I gave this baby a go!

The Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser is a cream cleanser, which is not something I'd usually go for. I love something that foams up, or exfoliates the living daylights out of my skin! The idea of this cleanser is to clean your skin from dirt, oil and make-up whilst combating acne!

The ingredients in this cleanser are a little bit full on, and like I said before, a bit on the medical side. The point of this cleanser is to really target acne, not just clean your face.

Make sure you shake the tube first (something I found a bit weird in a cleanser) otherwise the cream will come out a little bit watery.

See, creamy!

You only need the tiniest amount to cover your entire face. It does lather up a little bit, but nothing major. I love that you only need a smaller amount, which means you can use the one tube of product for longer!

It does have a slight tingle, which is a really pleasant sensation - because to me it means it's doing what it's supposed to!

Smooth!

After using the Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser for a month or so, I am thoroughly impressed! I have not had any major breakouts at all since using it, and very few minor breakouts, if any at all! I can't think of any breakouts that lasted longer than a single day!

Once I got past the slightly medical smell, I was fine. I really liked the creamy feeling on my skin, and it was a nice change to all the exfoliating products that I would usually use.

Afterwards, my skin wasn't dried out or oily in the slightest! I was a little bit sceptical that it wouldn't clean my skin properly, but it did a great job at getting rid of all the dirt and oil!

--

Overall, I really have enjoyed using the Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser! My skin is lovely and clear all the time, and I think that this could really help people with mild acne! My only warning would be that if you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first!

You can buy this cleanser for about $12.99!

Have you tried the Clean & Clear Advantage Continuous Control Acne Cleanser before? If so, what were your results?

This product was kindly provided for my consideration.
