Easter Bunny Beauty Swap Goodies!

A little while ago, I was contacted by Angel (you can check out her gorgeous blog here) to ask if I wanted to take part in her Easter Bunny Beauty Swap! I'm such a sucker for swaps, and I couldn't say no! I was paired with the lovely Josie from the UK. (You can read her blog here!)

I was delighted to be paired up with Josie, because I love cosmetics from the UK! Unfortunately, we both had some delays with getting the parcels to each other in time for Easter, so we both received them a little late! (Not that I mind at all, I'm just happy to receive anything!)

So let's take a closer look at all the goodies she gave me!

Firstly, Josie gave me the cutest card! She actually made it herself! How creative! I wish I had thought of something like that. Her cute little design definitely matches out theme well!

Collection Shimmer Shades

I asked Josie for some goodies from Collection, as it's a brand we can't get here in Australia. The Collection Shimmer Shades is just gorgeous! I can't wait to try this out, as I've been using illuminators a lot more recently.

Natural Collection Blushed Cheeks in Peach Melba

I actually have this one in another shade, and I loved it! The other one I have is a more pinky shade, whereas this one is a little more neutral, so it'll go perfect for days when I'm feeling not so pink. So happy to receive this!

Nivea Lip Butter in Rasberry Rosé

I'm not sure if we have this in Australia or not, as I'm a little out of the beauty loop since being on my spending ban! Otherwise, I'm happy to get it! I'm a big fan of Nivea, and I love the look of this lip butter. Yum!

Collection Work the Colour Solo Eyeshadow in Baked Bronze

I seldom buy solo shadows because I'm a bit lazy and like to have all of my shadows in one palette, but I actually really love this colour. I've been trying to talk myself into buying a few solo shadows to put into my work makeup bag for if I have to redo my makeup, and so this is perfect!

Soap & Glory Lid Stuff in What's Nude

Oh my Gosh! Lid Stuff! You have no idea how long I've wanted to try this for! I'm so happy that she got me this, I was so excited when I opened it up! The colours are perfect! I can't wait to start using it!

Soap and Glory Body Butter

I actually got this in another beauty swap, and loved it! I'm almost finished my first tube, so I'm happy I have a brand, spanking new one to take it's place.

Collection Cream Puff in Cotton Candy

Another product I already have, but in another colour. I think I actually asked Josie for one of these, and if I didn't, I'm SO happy she read my mind and got me one! These Cream Puffs are ridiculously pretty, and I adore my other one. This colour is also really gorgeous!

MUA Nail Constellation in Gemini

YAY! I made an MUA order when these first came out but actually forgot to add one to my cart! I was so frustrated at myself because I didn't want to put through another order, because I'd buy more, and then I ended up going on a spending ban anyway! I recently got some Nail Caviar from BYS so it's really in at the moment! The colours on this one are just amazing! I can't wait to try it!

Natural Collection Moisture Shine Lipstick in Rose Bud

Like I need more lipsticks... oh but I do! I always need more! I've already testing this one out, and the texture is really smooth and creamy. I'm also really in love with the colour! Expect a blog review, as I can see myself using this one often.

Cadbury Mini Eggs

A TUBE!? Why can't we have tubes of eggs in Australia? I swear, the UK have the most amazing Cadbury creations! We do have the mini eggs here, but not in a tube, so they're obviously not as fun. Yummy though, I've almost finished the whole tube (and haven't let the boyfriend even know about it yet! Mwahaha!)

--

Wow, major swap haulage right?! I'm so happy with everything Josie included! (Particularly the chocolate - the girl knows her stuff!) I just want to say a giant thank you to her! I can see she's put in a lot of effort in picking out some fabulous goodies for me, and she was an absolute delight to swap with. Also a big thank you to the lovely Angel for making this happen. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have even known about Josie and her beautiful blog!

So make sure you check out both of the lovely ladies blogs in the links at the top of this post, and show them some love! Also make sure you check out Josie's post about what I sent her! (You can read her entire post here!)

Have you done any swaps recently? If so, what goodies did you get?

  6. You got some really great stuff there! Raspberry Rose sounds like a way better flavour/scent than the ones we have here - I'm not a big fan of caramel (unless it's in chocolate, hehe). The Soap and Glory lid stuff looks awesome! Now I have more things to add to my wish list for when I get to England :p
