Lady Jayne Flexi-Band *

I'm a sucker for headbands, but I really don't like the pain that's associated with wearing them for an extended period of time! Even though I have bangs, I still like to keep my hair up when I have a shower/bath, or when I'm wearing a face mask, so I'm always on the lookout for something to keep my hair up other than pesky bobby pins! (Anyone find they death to your nail polish?)

When I was asked to try out the new Lady Jayne Flexi-Band, I jumped on the chance!

The Lady Jayne Flexi-Band is specifically designed to mold to the shape of your head to avoid any pain or stretching associated with other headbands! It also holds nice and secure so as not to pull at your hair! The headband has tiny little teeth to keep your hair in place without hurting you, or pulling out your hair at the same time, and keeps your hair in place all day long!

Nailene Artificial Nails *

Nailene So Natural in Everyday French

I was really excited to try out the Nailene So Natural artificial nails, as I actually have never worn false nails before! The natural ones appealed to me the most, since I don't like fake nails to look, well, fake!

The pack comes with 24 false nails in all different sizes, so you're practically guaranteed to find a nail that will fit! It also comes with some glue to keep the nails fixed in place!

June Lust Have It!

My June Lust Have It was a little delayed this month, so I'm only showing you what I received now! I've read a lot of spoilers about this month, and it seems like not a lot of people were happy with what they got, so I wasn't too excited when this pretty Lust Have It box arrived on my doorstep.

This month's theme was surrounding the ultra hyped up film, The Great Gatsby.

I managed to get my hands on the beautiful violet straightener! There was a choice between mint, lemon or violet - I just can't say no to purple!

The ghd Candy Styler has two ceramic coated plates that smooth through your hair effortlessly and heat up quick smart! The plates are also rounded, which means you can use the styler for a number of different hairstyles!

The cord also swivels, which makes it so much easier to use, especially if you have a cramped bathroom!

La Mav Vit-C Advanced Nightly Repair Nectar *

This is the second review I've written on a product from the gorgeous La Mav brand, and this has to be one of my favourite of the products I've tried! The Vit-C Advanced Nightly Repair Nectar is a gorgeous serum from luxe natural brand La Mav

The La Mav Repair Nectar contains a lot of natural ingredients, including a lot of natural oils. This nectar is best used on pigmented or stressed skin, and can especially be used for aging or mature skin! I do have a little bit of a problem with pigmentation, so this was perfect for me to test out!

Firstly, I love the design of the bottle. It's super classy, and looks great sitting there on my bathroom counter. I've been using the Repair Nectar nightly before bed, just once a day. The scent is really lovely, and you can tell it's organic - but in a very pleasant way.

The nectar itself is smooth to the touch, and not at all oily as I expected. I found that it spread easily across my skin with a feeling akin to velvet. It also absorbed really quickly into my skin, and didn't leave any greasiness or oiliness whatsoever behind on my face, or hands.

And as usual with La Mav, the packaging is innovative and easy to use, with the Repair Nectar coming with it's own dropper - making it so much easier to not waste any of the product! One or two drops is all I needed to cover my entire face and neck comfortably.

I found that since using the product nightly before bed, my pigmentation has definitely settled down a little bit, and I wake up with clear and clean skin, with no oiliness whatsoever!

--

Overall I'm in love with the La Mav Vit-C Advanced Nightly Repair Nectar! This is definitely my favourite product from the entire La Mav line that I tested, and I would definitely repurchase this if I ever make it through the massive 30ml bottle!

While this baby will set you back $69.95, I find that it's well worth the cash! This can also be used over stretch marks and scars to help reduce visibility, much like other oils on the market, so there are multiple ways you can use this gorgeous nectar!

You can buy the La Mav Vit-C Advanced Nightly Repair Nectar here.

Priceline Skin Care Bag 2013

If you live in Australia (or follow a lot of Australian bloggers) then you'll have heard about the new Priceline Free Skin Care goody bag! Naturally I decided I absolutely needed it the very first day it was released, so I went off to Priceline to spend the minimum $60 (more like $100 when combined with my mum's shop!) and walked out, happy with my new bag fall of skin care goodies worth over $220!

The bag itself is a gorgeous black Models Prefer bag, with lovely hot pink inlay. My mum actually scored this from me, as I really don't need any more bags (especially since I got all the previous free bags from Priceline!)

All the goodies! It was truly difficult to try and get everything in one picture!

Yes To... Blueberries Cleansing Facial Towelettes Travel Pack

I've tried these previously, and I really did enjoy them, so I'm happy to try out more! I'm travelling in a few months so this will come in handy!

Swisspers Cucumber Facial Cleansing Wipes

I gave these to my mum also as she's out of facial wipes, so she's pretty happy with this! I'm always happy to get more cleansing wipes, as they always come in handy!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Lip Balm Sunscreen Stick 2 Pack

This is something my mum and I could finally share - as there are two! I love that they've included a two pack! I can't wait to give these a go, especially as they contain sunscreen. Plus I love Cocoa Butter usually, so this should hopefully taste yummy!

Nivea Fruity Shine in Strawberry

As if I need any more lip balms at the moment! I have never tried these before, so I'm happy to give them a go! I'm not usually a big fan of strawberry, but I'm always willing to give it a go!

SkinVitals Hydraflex Mask

I have had a few of these before hand, and love them! I'll definitely get use out of this, and this will probably be the first thing that gets used!

Chapstick Sunscreen Lip Balm

More lip balm! Chapstick is a good brand, and this contains SPF 30+ so this will be excellent in summer! I'll keep this until then.

Beauty Essentials Hydrated Sorbolene Cream

I love sorbolene so I'm happy to get this! I use it like mad, so this will not go astray. I haven't used anything from Beauty Essentials before, so I'm excited to give this a go!

Sanctuary Spa Body Scrub

This is the first I'm hearing of this brand, and it looks absolutely decadent! I can't wait to try this one, as I love body scrubs! It also smells beautiful!

Dermalex Skin Treatment Cream for Eczema

I'm a little surprised at this being included, as eczema is not something that everyone suffers from. Either way, I'm super pleased it was included, as many of my readers probably know by now, my boyfriend suffers from terrible eczema. He's already tried this, and said it's helped a lot so far, so I'm hoping it helps a lot more!

Puretopia Gentle Exfoliating Face Scrub

I received a Puretopia Body Polish in the previous skin care bag last year and fell in love! I constantly wished  I could use it on my face, so I'm truly delighted they included a face scrub this time around!

Nude by Nature Foaming Cleanser

I had no idea that Nude by Nature even did skin care, so I can't wait to try this one out!

Aveeno Positively Radiant Eye Illuminator

I've really been loving Aveeno Positively Radiant products lately, and so this is very exciting for me to try! An eye illuminator certainly doesn't go astray, so I can't wait to see how this works.

Dove Visible Beauty Nourishing Body Lotion

I'm a big fan of pretty much all Dove products, so I'm happy to give this a go! I've tried other Dove body lotions which were all really lovely, so I'm sure I'll enjoy this one as well.

Dr. Lewinn's Bio-Care Oil

Darn my mother, this was the very first thing she picked out of the bag and asked to have! I can't say no, since she helped me get to the $60 mark to actually qualify! So, sadly I'll be missing out on this one, but I'm sure she'll enjoy it just as much as I would have!

Bioré Steam Activated Cleanser

As you all know, I'm a big fan of Bioré anyway so this will not go astray! I have so much Bioré to use up though, so I'll probably pass this on to my sister!

Vaseline Total Moisture Dry Skin

I love, love, love Vaseline so I'm so happy to get this! My boyfriend and I usually polish off a bottle of this pretty quickly, so we'll definitely get a lot of use out of this, particularly as both of us have dry skin!

Eau Thermale Avene Thermal Spring Water

This goes down a huge treat in summer, so I'm always happy to get more. I gave this one to my mum though, as she works in a pretty dry environment in Queensland - and I usually buy myself a big bottle of this around summer anyway!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Daily Calming Facial Lotion

I have heard a lot about this, but have never tried it! I suppose the only thing stopping me from every trying it was the fact that I love Cocoa Butter - but it's so oily! So I figure this would be super oily on my face! I will try this and I'm sure I'll like it!

Formula 10.0.6 Over Night Success Overnight Spot Minimizing Patches

I love Formula 10.0.6, it has to be one of my favourite skin care brands, but I have yet to try these, so I know I'll love them!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Even Tone BB Cream sample

I won't use this as I know my skin will be too light, so I gave this to my mum. She's recently discovered BB creams, so I'm sure she'll love it.

Coupons

Priceline was also generous enough to include a coupon for $5 off my next purchase of any Avene products - which will probably be used on the Thermal Spring Water!

I also thought I'd show off my haul that qualified me for the free bag!

1. Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Cream
2. Puretopia Glowingly Smooth Body Polish
3. Nivea Visage Stay Clear Purifying Toner
4. Formula 10.0.6 Keep Me Clean Clarifying Facial Wipes
5. Formula 10.0.6 Deep Down Detox Ultra Cleansing Mud Mask
6. Formula 10.0.6 No Time To Shine Oil-Absorbing Mud Mask

--

So I was pretty happy with the free bag! Lots of goodies in there that I'll definitely get use out of, so I think it's great value for money!

Let me know if you'd like to see any in-depth reviews and I'll try my best!

Did you get the Priceline Free Skin Care Bag? If so, what did you think? You can check out last year's skin care bag here, and find out more details on this years bag here.

June Bellabox

I finally received my Bellabox, a little later than usual this month! I was fairly excited to get this months box, especially after seeing some really great boxes out there!

This month's theme was Girls Night In... Girls Night Out! I was intrigued by this theme, as it does sound like it will be including a few interesting goodies!

All of the goodies in this month's box!

Brazilian Butterfly Assortment

There are a bunch of samples in this little pack, which all look really cute! I can't wait to test these out, as it's a great assortment of samples!

Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel Off Mask in Pomegranate & Passion Flower

I love Montagne Jeunesse masks, so this is definitely useful to me! I can't wait to try out this one, as I haven't tried this particular "flavour" yet!

Sigma Beauty Eyeliner Brush

I was a little bit hesitant about this one. I have a lot of Sigma Beauty brushes already, and this one looks a lot different. I'm not sure if it's just because it's a "sample" brush, but it's definitely different. It even says "Made in PRC" on it, and none of my other Sigma Beauty brushes say that on them. Either way, I'm always happy to receive a brush, especially one for eyeliner, so either way this will get used!
*Edit* Bellabox has since confirmed that it is a guaranteed Sigma Beauty brush! A few other bloggers have mentioned they have brushes similar, so good to know!

EmerginC Hyper-Vitalizer Cream & Retinol Mask samples

I have a lot of EmerginC samples, and usually my boyfriend steals them. I haven't had these ones before though, so I'll definitely be interested in giving them a go - if my boyfriend doesn't first!

Street Gloss Ultra Diamonds Volume Lipgloss in 102

I love, love, love the look of this gloss! How gorgeous is the packaging! Apparently they were expired, so Bellabox was a little delayed so they could get me a non-expired gloss. I love the colour, it's absolutely gorgeous!

Toni & Guy Creative Texturising Glue

Hmm not sure when I'll actually use this, so odds are the boyfriend might get it. Although I'm always happy to have a play with my hand, and this kind of thing always comes of use whenever I'm experimenting!

Natio Nail Colour in Valentine

What a gorgeous red colour! I love the look of this polish, and can't wait to wear it! I'm also happy for a full sized bottle of polish, especially from a lovely brand like Natio! Gorgeous!

Bellabox
also included a little promotion in which you could win a black diamond ring! The rings look pretty, so I hope I win!
--

Overall, I'm not unimpressed with this month's Bellabox. Although I won't say it's as great as other people are raving on about (although I may have gotten a different box) I will say that they have definitely stepped up from previous boxes. I think when it comes to subscription boxes, there always seems to be a competition between Bellabox and Lust Have It! It's usually a case of one is good while the other is bad, so I really try not to judge them this way. I liked this month's box, I really did!

Have you received your Bellabox yet? If so, what did you think? Have you tried any of these products?

Head over to the Bellabox website for more information!
