Lush Cosmetics Lip Scrub Collection

LUSH1

It's no secret that one of my favourite brands ever is Lush. And one of my favourite products from Lush is definitely their amazing lip scrubs! When I first discovered their lip scrubs, I was limited to two flavour choices; Mint Julips or Bubblegum. Since then, the range has extended to four delicious flavours! I have already done an in-depth review on Mint Julips (which you can read about here) but I thought I'd do a comparative post for everyone so you can see these yummy scrubs side by side.

The four flavours are Mint Julips, Bubblegum, Popcorn and the Limited Edition Santa's Lip Scrub. Obviously, they are all pretty yummy.

My absolute favourites are a tie between Popcorn and Santa's. At first, I wasn't a big fan of popcorn as I had never tried the "sweet" flavours of popcorn until I visited Japan. After that, I was hooked! Santa's is a cola flavoured lip scrub, and if you know me in real life, you'll know I have a big soda habit! So this is a natural choice for me, too! As much as I love these two, I certainly don't ignore the other two flavours either! They're just as delicious!

Despite the fact they're all essentially the same thing - sugar and oils with some yummy flavourings, I still like using different ones depending on my mood!

I love that these are also made up of natural ingredients. This is really important to me, as I'm putting this product on and around my mouth. Another great thing about these lip scrubs is that you can actually lick the left over bits on your lips! That's probably my favourite part!

As you can see, they are extremely gritty, and really help exfoliate those lips! I find these are usually brilliant to use when you're lips are all dry and crackly. I moisturised afterwards though, to keep my lips supple!

Overall I'm a huge fan of the Lush Lip Scrubs. They're perfect for my lips, taste amazing and smell delicious, and are all natural too! What's not to love. They're pretty cost effective as well, at only $9.95, the tub lasts a pretty long time.

Have you tried any of the Lush Lip Scrubs? If so, what are your thoughts? Which flavour is your favourite? Which flavour do you think Lush should make next?
