Face of Australia High Definition Primer

FOA1

Face of Australia has been releasing some interesting products lately, but the one that really caught my eye was the Face of Australia HD High Definition Primer. I've been a big fan of Face of Australia primers ever since I started my affair with beauty, so I had high hopes for this baby!

The Face of Australia HD Primer contains silicone for that satin perfect finish. I have a love hate relationship with primers that contain silicone. On one hand, they make my skin flawless, which I love. On the other hand, I hate the way it feels before I've put makeup on. Plus it feels weird on my fingers when I apply it.

When I first used this primer, I didn't shake it to activate it. I didn't even read the instructions, because who knew you needed instructions for primer! Little did I know, this made a huge difference. Not shaking it resulted in a gooey mess that made my makeup look horrible.

Then... I shook it. And voila, magic happened. My skin looked amazing. My makeup lasted longer. There's really not too much more to say. This is a high end primer for a drugstore price; the only problem I have is that there doesn't seem to be enough in the tube! Please make a giant tube, Face of Australia!

Overall, I think I've found my new Holy Grail primer. I've tried a lot of primers in my time, and while I've fallen in love with many of them, this one has trumped them all! I will continue trying other primers, but for now I'm extremely content with this baby! To top it all off, the Face of Australia High Definition Primer will set you back a measly $13.95. Who can say no to that?

Have you tried the new Face of Australia HD Primer? If so, what are your thoughts?
