Halloween Swap

HalloweenSwap

A little while ago I hosted a Halloween Swap. I randomly selected people to be matched up, and I was lucky enough to get a gorgeous blogger who I've been following for a little while - Leah from Temporary Princess! I had such fun shopping for her, and I'll be sure to link her post later on, so stay tuned!

This post is a little delayed due to all the personal issues that have been going on in my life at the moment, she did send it in time for Halloween, I just hadn't posed it! Sorry about that Leah!

HAL1

All the goodies I received from Leah were stacked neatly in a Lust Have It box! So cute!

HAL2

It's really hard to find Halloween cards, in fact I don't think that it's even a thing. Leah made me her own card, which is super cute! I love this kind of personal touch!

HAL3

All the goodies I received! Wow - how generous was Leah!

HAL4

Kiss Fairy Lashes

How adorable is this packaging! It's absolutely perfect for Halloween. The lashes are very cute and girly, so I'll keep these for a special occasion.

HAL5

Milani
Baked Blush in Luminoso

I've heard all the hype about the Milani Baked Blushes, but I've never actually purchased any myself. I'm not sure why, as this is absolutely stunning in real life. Now that I've actually tried one, I expect I'll be picking up a few more!

HAL6

Kiss Halloween Nail Art

Seriously how cute is this. I didn't have time to use it this year but I definitely will be using them next year. Well, I don't really need to wait for Halloween because they're cute enough to wear anytime of the year!

HAL7

New York Color Individual Eyes Palette in Smokey Charcoals

I'm pretty sure I received a palette from the same brand in another swap, and I really liked it at the time. I haven't used it in a while - I might need to bring it out again. I really like the colours in this one, they're very neutral and easy.

HAL8

Milani Nail Lacquer in Red Sparkle

Wow, this is a real stunner. I love red and gold together, so this is the perfect combination for me. I don't think I have anything else like this in my collection, so this is a really nice addition. I'll hopefully do a manicure shortly so you can all see this baby in action.

HAL9

Milani 3D Glitzy Glamour Gloss in Designer Label

Oh dear this is so pretty. I'm not always a huge fan of lipglosses, I'm very fussy, but this Milani gloss is actually very lovely. I'll be sure to feature it on my Instagram sometime so you can see how it looks. (You can follow me here.)

HAL10

ELF Lip Exfoliator

You have no idea how excited I was to receive this. I've been eyeing this off for a long time now, umming and ahhing on whether or not I should buy this. Leah made the decision for me, and I'm really excited to try this out.

HAL11

Claire's Spiderweb Earrings

This is such a cute idea. I have never seen anything like this before, so I'm really happy to receive these. I can't wait to wear them - every day is Halloween!

HAL12

CANDY!

Leah grabbed me some awesome candy from overseas as well as some yummy Aussie chocolate as well. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with this.

Overall, I'm super happy with everything I received from Leah! She really spoilt me, and I'm so happy to have swapped with her, and would happily swap again! If you want to have a look at what I sent to Leah, check out her post here.

A huge thank you to Leah for swapping with me!

  7. Great swap :) I love the halloween earrings!

I didn't realise the Kiss lashes were actual lashes... I thought it was a masquerade mask, clever packaging indeed!
