Relax with Lush Cosmetics

Relax with Lush - Sweetaholic Beauty

This year has been a super stressful one. I honestly can't wait for it to be over. I've been trying so many different ways to relax and keep myself calm until everything passes; so I wanted to share some of my all time favourite products from Lush Cosmetics to really help you relax.

Relax with Lush - Sweetaholic Beauty

Lush Cosmetics has been one of my favourite brands for years now. It started out with the bath bombs, but has evolved into a love for almost every single one of their products. A lot of my skincare and body routine revolves around Lush Cosmetics.

Twilight Bath Bomb

This is probably one of my all time favourite bath bombs, and I don't even want to count how many times I've purchased this. This shares the scent with the beautiful Twilight Shower Gel and is super duper relaxing. Lush describes this one as one of their most relaxing bath bombs ever - not only does it make your bath look like the night sky, it also fills your bathroom with scents of ylang ylang and lavender. This one is surprisingly not a limited edition and you can read more about it here.

Dirty & Tender is the Night Massage Bars*

Yep, nothing like a good massage to calm you down. It's taken a fair bit of convincing (okay, pleading) to get my partner to get his hands on me with these massage bars, but when he has, hot damn they are relaxing. Dirty smells like chocolate - and if that don't relax you I don't know what will. It does contain spearmint and cocoa powder, so just make sure you have some mint chocolate to eat mid-massage. You can read more about this one here.

Tender is the Night is one of my favourite novels, so I had a bit of a nerd thrill when I saw the name of this pretty thing. This one is more romantic than Dirty, filled with ylang ylang oil, jasmine and vanille absolute. It's also jam packed with shea and murumuru butters for the most exotic massage ever. You can read more about this one here.

Ayesha Fresh Face Mask

Face masks are the epitome of relaxation. It's almost impossible to be stressed while you've got a face mask on. This mask has flown under my radar for a little while, probably because it doesn't have the word "cupcake" in it. This one is great for wrinkles, and really helps tighten your skin. With kiwi, elderflower and witchhazel, this mask is perfect for refreshing and relaxing your skin. You can read more about this one here.

Dream Cream Hand & Body Lotion

The name says it all right? Dream Cream is the most gorgeous and relaxing lotion I've ever used. Not only does it work wonders on troubled skin, it's also packed with calming ingredients such as lavender, chamomile and oat milk. This one will relax you with it's calming scent alone! You can read more about this one here.

So, if you're a bit of a stress-head like me and you like to take time out to relax, I would always recommend a trip to Lush Cosmetics. These products are just a few of my favourites to use - trust me there are hundreds more that will work just as well.

Have you used any of these products? If so, what are your thoughts? What Lush products do you like to use to relax? Which are your favourites?
