In my teenage years and my early adulthood, I suffered from incredibly oily skin. I tried everything I could think of to reduce the oil, including scrubs and toners and all kinds of product to help "dry out" my skin. Little did I know, this was one of the worst things I was doing to my skin. My skin was working overtime to produce even more oil, as I was tricking my skin into thinking it was too dry. Good job, past self.
Since then I've changed my ways, and I've discovered that treating my skin right would help keep that oil under control. I grew to love using Rosehip oil on my skin to help regulate it's oil production. Who knew using oil to help stop my skin getting oily would actually work?
I've tried a few different Rosehip oils since my discovery, so I thought I would share three personal favourites of mine.
