Intimately Beckham Women Eau de Toilette

A few days ago, I noticed that Priceline was having a sale on perfumes. I decided now was as good a time as any to actually buy a perfume with an "adult" feel to it. I walked out with Intimately Beckham Women, for only $19.95!

Most perfumes I own are either Britney Spears, or the Vera Wang Princess Range. Most are very floral and strong, and I felt that now I'm getting a bit older, it might be time to try out a few different scents!

I chose Intimately Beckham Women as my boyfriend received the Men version for his birthday, and I really loved the chic scent! So, why not be creepy and match our scents!

Before I even talk about the scent, can we just talk about this gorgeous bottle for a moment?
I am absolutely in love! It's so chic and classic, and they didn't go overboard to make it stand out! I love it!

The scent itself is fairly difficult for me to describe, as I'm not very good with describing (or even noticing) scents and what they actually are.

I said before that most of my perfumes were very floral, and although this one is floral also, it also has a lovely vanilla muskiness to it, which really tones it down. I can also smell sandalwood, which also adds a more exotic and luxurious note to the perfume.

It's a very light scent, it can be worn day or night, and is definitely not overbearing whatsoever! I'm really pleased with this scent as it's very elegant and worldly, but can be worn by anybody and not just older ladies.

Intimately Beckham Women has become my go-to perfume lately, as it can be worn for any occasion and works with everything!

Have you tried this perfume? What is your favourite scent to wear?

BH Cosmetics Mini Haul

A few weeks ago, a beautiful palette caught my eye and I knew it had to be mine. The palette I'm talking about is the BH Party Girl palette!

Now, I had never purchased from BH Cosmetics before, so I had absolutely no idea how long shipping would take, which is why I purchased when I also noticed they were having an extremely good deal on their other palettes! How could I pass up?

Now before you all ask - yes, I'm technically still on my spending ban! I purchased this thinking it would get to me well after the spending ban was over (at the end of September) so don't judge me! Besides, I'm planning on extending my ban and this was my final purchase before another month or so of no goodies!

But enough of that! Let's take a closer look at those adorable palettes!

Party Girl Palette

Look at those gorgeous colours! This baby was on sale for only $10.77, which is something I could not pass up! The usual price for this palette is $17.95, which is already a really amazing price!
This one is also a limited edition piece, another reason I was keen to pick it up. Colours are amazing and pigmentation is great!

88 Color Matte Palette

I don't own a matte palette, so when this was included in a Weekend Steal, I couldn't resist! The steal, which included this palette and the other goodies below, cost a mind-blowing $20.00! Usual price is over double that!
I've used this one already, and the colours are just amazing and so pigmented!

28 Smoky Eye Palette

I am in love with this palette! As it's only 28 colours, the pots are huge! The colours are just amazing, as well, and so versatile! I've been using this one a lot, and will definitely be seen again in some FOTD!

Liquid Eyeliner

This one is fabulous! I didn't think the eyeliner would be much, and didn't realise it was a liquid eyeliner! When I opened it up, it was the felt-tip ended liquid eyeliner (which I actually love) and it works brilliantly! It doesn't smudge easily and lasts all day, this is one of my new favourites!

Overall, so pleased with BH Cosmetics! The package came so quickly, and everything was packed secured and safe!
The prices are brilliant, so check out their website, as I will definitely be spending some of my hard earned cash there again!

If you'd like to see any FOTD's using any of the above colours, or if you want to see full reviews and swatches, let me know! I'm more than happy to accommodate!

So what do you think of these goodies? Have you ever tried anything from BH Cosmetics? If so, what did you think?

Hairhouse Warehouse Platinum Blitz Box

A few days ago I wandered in to Hairhouse Warehouse to check out the Platinum Blitz Box! I had read a few reviews so far, and it looked like good value for money, but I needed a closer look!

At only $29.95, I could not pass this one up! I was in dire need of some new shampoo as it was, and my usual bottle costs me over $30 anyway! I'm much happier spending only $29.95 and getting a lot more bang for my buck!

Yep, all of that for just $29.95! That's amazing! As you all know, I love my hair. My hair is really long, so it's really important that I take care of it - which means I absolutely LOVE buying new things for it!

Let's take a closer look at all of those goodies...

Shower Comb Value: $5.95

I've always wanted one of these, and somehow I've never picked one up! But since my hair is so ridiculously long, this is super helpful when washing it, as it helps keep any tangles out whilst I'm trying to wash all the shampoo/conditioner out! I'm loving this, and have used it already!

Goldwell Colour Shampoo & Conditioner
Value: $20.95 each

For me, this was the main attraction of the box! As I wrote earlier, I was in need of some shampoo and conditioner, and as I'm constantly colouring my hair, I chose the box with the colour products! These both smell very yummy, so expect a full review after I've been using them for a little while!

Goldwell Rich Repair 60 Sec Treatment
Value: $20.99

I love a good treatment, especially when I use the treatment with the suggested shampoo & conditioner - it equals amazing results! I really can't wait to give this a go! I think I'm addicted to hair treatments...

Gem Travel Crimper
Value: $24.95

Now in basically every review I've read, the ladies have posed the question: "Who crimps their hair anymore?" Well, I have an answer for you... I do! I love crimping my hair, brushing it all out and giving my hair an afro look! I think it looks fabulous! (I know that sounds a bit weird, I promise it looks good - and even if it doesn't, I don't care! I like it!) I actually already have a full sized crimper and a travel crimper. (Which actually has gone missing... so good timing, Hairhouse Warehouse!) Plus, the smaller crimpers are great for giving your hair a little bit of oomph by just crimping under the top layer of hair, directly beside the roots!

RPR Make Me Shine
Value: $19.95

To be honest, I had my eyes set on a different product but my local Hairhouse Warehouse did not have the one I was after, at least not with the colour shampoo and conditioner. So, I chose the shine serum instead! Who doesn't love a good shine! I actually love RPR products so I was really excited to try this one out!

$20 off Coupon

Last but certainly not least, a coupon for $20 off any salon service! Granted you have to spend a good $90 or something on the treatment itself, $20 is still a great saving! I'll probably use this before I go to a nice event, get my hair all done nice and just spoil myself!

So, how much did that all come to?
$133.82!

My verdict? Fabulous value for everything you get! I must keep my eyes peeled for the next deal that Hairhouse Warehouse have, as I just can't pass up deals like this one! I'm really pleased with everything I got, and so happy I didn't pass this one up!

Have you picked up any fabulous deals lately? What did you think of this one?

Collection 2000 Cream Puff Moisturising Lip Cream

Today I'm going to talk about one of the most amazing lip products I've used in a long time - the Collection 2000 Cream Puff Moisturising Lip Cream! I was lucky enough to receive this baby in my International Blog Swap with the forever gorgeous Amy, and she did good!

The idea of this lip cream is very similar to an NYX product that comes to mind, in that it has a matted finish! (A bit disappointed in them spelling matte incorrectly, but oh well, what can you do!)

The colour is "Fairy Cake" which I feel is very apt, as it's a gorgeous pink with a touch of coral, so it's nice and in between! It's such a sweet colour, and definitely something I would pick for myself!

I was so happy to find that it comes with this kind of applicator. Other applicators can be messy, and tricky, but this one glides on easily and doesn't make a mess of my lips!

Swatchola!

The colour is deeply pigmented and the mixture is thick, meaning you don't need to really slather it on the get good colour payoff! This one needs one swipe on your lips and you're done!

Finished look on my lips!

I love the outcome of this! It looks matte yet doesn't dry my lips out or accentuate any dryness easily, which is something hard to find with matte products. This is very long lasting, and even lasted through a meal - which to me, is fantastic!

I'd love to get my hands on more of these, but unfortunately, they are not available in Australia!

Overall, this is now one of my favourite lip colours to wear! It's bright without being over the top, it's long lasting without being frustrating to remove, and the colour is just gorgeous and fits me perfectly! I'll be a sad girl when this one runs out, so UK bloggers beware, I may come begging for a care package!

Spring Bellobox

A few days ago, after seeing his jealousy as I ripped open my own Bellabox, I decided it was time to order him the Bellobox - the man version of the Bellabox!

Beauty isn't just for us ladies, and he is often stealing all my beauty products for himself. (In saying that, we're talking body wash or moisturiser - not mascara and lipstick!) So I thought, why not surprise him and get him a beauty box of his own! He was excited (probably just happy to get something in the post for once!) and he was pretty happy with everything he got!

All of the goodies together. The Bellobox is a quarterly box worth $30, so when he opened it all up and I saw this, I was impressed! He definitely got my moneys worth!

Let's take a closer look...

EmerginC Protocell Cream and Multi-Fruit Cleanser samples

I myself have a few EmerginC samples myself, and have yet to use them! I am jealous that he received the multi-fruit cleanser, as this is definitely something I would have used! He was mildly interested, so I might be able to steal them!

Uspa Supernatural Men's Bambusa Facial Scrub

My boyfriend was more interested in the container than the contents, as he thought it was an innovative design. I'll be interested to see what he thinks!

Uspa Supernatural Men's Sandalwood Cleanser

My boyfriend thought that this was exactly the same as the first Uspa product! He doesn't know the difference between a cleanser and a scrub - yet - but liked the sound of the Sandalwood!

American Crew Precision Shave Gel

He thought this was interesting and is giving this a go next time he shaves! Not sure he'll buy this for himself yet!

Eau Thermale Avene Soothing Moisture Mask

I may have to steal this from him! The amount of Avene products I get, I've never had a mask and that's all I've ever wanted! I love masks, and I am really jealous! Although he wants to use it, so I think I'll let him keep it! If I'm feeling generous!

Bioderma Sebium AKN
I received this in my last box, so I'm not fussed that he got this. I have a full sized one too, that I wasn't too pleased with as it broke me out, so if it does wonders for him then it won't go to waste! It worked fine for a while but then suddenly broke me out, so I'm not sure what happened!

Lancome Men Age Fight Anti-Age Perfecting Fluid
He questioned why he was receiving anti-aging products in the box. I explained that it is never, ever too early to start and he seemed to understand. I think I was a bit more interested in this than he was, though!

Bioderma Sebium H20

He had no idea what this was, as it's in French, but I filled him in! I hope he likes this, as like the AKN, I have a full sized product that is just sitting there now as my skin decided it no longer liked it!

Nivea For Men Skin Energy Face Wash

I can't wait for him to try this! My boyfriend's face gets a bit oily which leads to blackheads and other nasties, so I really hope this does him good!

Nivea For Men Skin Energy Moisturiser

He loves his moisturiser - like me - so I wonder how this one will go down! He's very fussy, so I wonder how it will go!

Carmex Lip Balm

He loved this! His lips are always dry, so this will do him a world of good! He tried to open this straight away before I got a chance to take photos, so he was definitely keen to try it out!

Z Zegna Eau De Toilette

He did not like this, sadly. I liked the scent, and it's probably something I'd wear myself - which probably tells you why he doesn't like it! He felt it was too feminine for him, which I suppose I agree.

Faulding Men's Multi Energy Formula

This was probably his favourite thing out of the bunch! He loved that it was great value, and went to take one straight away until I read the instructions which suggest taking one with a meal! He's pretty excited about this one!

Sranrom Body Wash in Awakening Vitality

I received the same one in my Bellabox, only a different scent. He was intrigued with this, and said he'll use it soon!

So, overall, I liked the Bellobox! But did the boyfriend like it?

Bottom line, yes, he did! He's going to continue with the subscription, as he felt it was really great value and also he loves opening up a package every now and then!

Would you consider getting your other half the Bellobox? Do you think he would appreciate it, or enjoy anything that was included?

September Lust Have It!

Usually I am more than anxious to receive my monthly Lust Have It, however this month I completely forgot! Opening my package in bewilderment, I came face to face with a gorgeous silver Lust Have It cosmetic bag! I was over the moon!

As always, I received the Fun and Flirty box!

All of this month's goodies together. Let's take a closer look!

Dermalogica PreCleanse

I was very excited to receive some Dermalogica goodies in this month's box! I've never had the chance to try them, and rather than risking all the cash, I'd figure I'd wait until a sample made it's way into my hands!

Dermalogica Active Toner

Again, very excited! I love that they've given us two samples and not just one! Although I'm in love with my current toner, it won't hurt to give this one a go when my HG is all used up!

Davroe Ultimatum Non Aerosol Hairspray

When reading the title, I'm intrigued! I've never come across a hairspray that wasn't in an aerosol can, so I'm anxious to give this a go and see how it fares against a few industry classics!

Say It With Scent in Green Tea

This is a hand and body lotion, one of my favourite things to receive! I love the packaging, and although I haven't smelt it yet, I have a feeling I'll like it! I love the smell of green tea!

Mirenesse "Protect Me" - Tinted

This is a mineral balm with SPF 15. I would have much preferred the non tinted version of this, as to be honest, I'm not an overly huge fan of tinted moisturisers and BB creams. I haven't found one that works for me yet, but in saying that, maybe this one will!

Davroe Coupon

This coupon gives you a free Davroe styling product of your choice! I haven't read any catches or minimum spend, but we'll see I suppose! Otherwise, I'll be utilising this!

Dermalogica Facial Treatment Coupon

This is a good little coupon, however I doubt I'll end up using this as you have to spend a minimum of $50 on Dermalogica products! Unless I fall in love, I don't see it happening whilst I'm trying not to spend too much!

Mirenesse Voucher

This is good for a free Cat Eyes Liner from Mirenesse on their facebook page! You have to enter the code and you could win one - however open to the first 1000 customers only! Hopefully I'm one of the lucky 1000!

Overall, this month's Lust Have It was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't overly wowed, but I wasn't unhappy with it either! There are some good products in there that will be fun to use!

Have you received your Lust Have It yet? What did you think of the box?
