I've only recently in the past year or so been trying out different types of cleansers, and by the look of my skin, I'd say it's very agreeable to the changes!
Firstly, the Absolute Dream Clean has the usual bold yet simple design of every other Formula 10.0.6 product. I absolutely adore their designs - it makes them easy to spot in a hurry and are all really eye-catching!
The Absolute Dream Clean comes in a 125ml tube, which is pretty average in the skincare game. The scent is a bit orthodox, I'll admit. Formula 10.0.6 claim it to be cucumber and grape, whereas I found it had a bit of a soapy scent to me; but mixed in with something I can't really place. Either way, it's definitely not a negative smell, and it didn't stop me from using the product, or bother me in any way. I can't say the same for everyone, of course, as everyone is different!
I use this morning and evening, and in the evenings I follow up with a scrub to ensure all traces of makeup have been removed. I then make sure to follow up with a good moisturiser, due to the dryness.
I have found that since using the Formula 10.0.6 Absolute Dream Clean, my skin has been clear of any breakouts. I also found that while I did get dryness directly after using it, it hasn't made my skin dry during the day, but in fact my skin has felt "normal" rather than the usual oiliness I feel.
Overall, I have to say I've enjoyed using this cleanser. My skin has certainly remained clear and clean, and I've had no major breakouts since using it. Despite the drying being a bit of a pain, it has forced me to use moisturiser religiously, which is something I probably wouldn't have done in the past out of laziness!
You can grab the Formula 10.0.06 Absolute Dream Clean Creamy Foaming Cleanser from Priceline, Big W and some pharmacies; for the mere price of $9.95.
This product was provided for my consideration.
Also please note that skincare is different for everyone. What works for me, may not work for you. This is merely my perception of this skincare, in conjunction with my skincare regime.
I love the idea of cucumber and grape, but after your scent description I will probably want to smell it in store before I buy it!
ReplyDeleteYeah I liked the sound of it, but it definitely didn't live up to my expectation haha! Didn't hate it though! xx
