Summer Essentials

SE1

It's well and truly Summer here in Australia, so what better way to celebrate the horrible 40+ degree heat than to share my summer essentials! (Unless you live in Melbourne, where the weather has decided to be extremely hot and then extremely cold!)

SE2

River Island Black Cat Eye Sunglasses, Garnier Ambre Solaire Natural Bronzer, Born to Balm Lip Balms in Pink Lady and Killa Vanilla, Reef Sunscreen Lotion, Neutrogena Beach Defence, Dirty Works Coconut Scrub, Avene Thermal Spring Water, Pure Fiji Dilo Oil, Schick Hydro Silk Razor, Lovisa Peach Flower Crown

SE3

Dirty Works Coconut Scrub *

This coconut scrub is definitely a treat for the skin! As well as smelling amazing, it also helps keep your skin exfoliated and sun ready!

Avene Thermal Spring Water

This nifty little spray can is advertised as a skin toner, but let's face it, I'm using it as a nice cool spritz on a hot day! Perfection!

Schick Hydro Silk Razor

This is probably my favourite razor! It gives a ridiculously close shave yet has never cut my skin, so this is a winner for me! You can read my full review on this product here.

SE4

River Island Black Cat Eye Sunglasses

These are some of my favourite sunglasses! I like to be a little unique, so when I saw these cat like glasses, I knew they had to be mine! It's the perfect accessory to add a little bite to your summer outfit!

Garnier Ambre Solaire Natural Bronzer

I'm not a tanning girl myself, but when they make it this easy, how can I say no? No rubbing, just spraying, I think any of us can manage that!

Born to Balm Lip Balms *

It's a fact that my lips go crazy dry in the hot summer wind! I hate it! I hate to wear lipgloss as well, since my hair gets stuck, so I usually stick to a nice moisturising lip balm! This is where the Born to Balm lip balms come in, they are the most moisturising I have used, and smell amazing! You can read my full review here.

Pure Fiji Anti Aging Booster Dilo Oil *

This stuff is perfection for dry skin, which is something I think we all experience in the hot months at some point! (Unless we're super oily, of course!) This is cold pressed, which is even better for your skin! Just because it's hot, you can't forget to take care of your skin!

SE5

Reef Sunscreen Lotion *

Everyone loves Reef! The gorgeous coconut scent is enough to drive us crazy, and I remember their products were a staple in our home growing up!

Neutrogena Beach Defence *

For those of us who hate applying sunscreen in the traditional sense, we now have sunscreen in a handy spray can! This makes applying far easier, quicker, and more fun! It also smells amazing!

Lovisa Peach Flower Crown

You can't forget to look pretty! You may be drenched in sweat, your makeup might be running, but with the Lovisa Peach Flower Crown you'll still look so pretty! I love pairing this with a cute dress or even glamming it up with a darker outfit for a night out!

So there are just a few of my summer essentials! How are you coping with the heat in Australia? What would you consider an essential?
