Empire Box Launch Box

Empire Box Launch Box Unboxing & Review - Sweetaholic Beauty

If you know my blog well, then you'll know I'm a bit of a sucker for a good subscription box. I've tried them all, but sadly due to lack of being a millionaire, I'm down to just one a month. All thanks to Instagram, I discovered a brand new box launching called Empire Box. They describe themselves as a beauty and lifestyle box and are pretty much the same concept as the other beauty boxes on the market.

I couldn't resist doing a once off order for the first box, just to see what it was like. The box costs $29.95 a month, which is a tad higher than the other boxes, so I had high expectations. Needless to say the packaging impressed me. But what about the products inside...

All of the products included. The website states that you get 5-6 samples, but the first box contained seven products and a gift card.

Lon Vitalite C4 Coconut Milk Mask

Everyone knows I'm a huge fan of Lon Vitalite masks. They have featured in pretty much every subscription box, so this is definitely not a unique product. In saying that, I'm definitely not complaining. These masks ain't cheap, so it's always nice to get a new one to add to my collection. You can read my in-depth review on this particular mask here.

Lon Vitalite Collagen Crystal Eye Mask

These are actually some of my favourite eye masks of all time. I always have a packet in my fridge - they're especially great if you're super tired or have a headache. You can read my in-depth review on these eye masks here.

OPI San Francisco Collection
I was actually really impressed to receive this in the box. It wasn't stated on the product card though, so I assume it was just a special inclusion for the launch box. OPI is a fairly deluxe and expensive brand, so you've definitely gotten more than your money's worth already. I don't have any full sized polishes from this collection yet, so I'm excited to try them.

OPI Avojuice in Jasmine

This is aptly named, which I found cute. I have tried Avojuice lotions in the past and was not all that impressed - but they were from eBay and who knows if they were even legit. I will give them another go and see what I think.

OPI Avoplex Revitalizing Hand Scrub

I had no idea this product even existed, so it'll be interesting to try out the sachet. I don't usually like getting sachet samples but I will actually be using this one, as I haven't seen it before.

Burberry Body Fragrance

This sounds like a super interesting fragrance, with top notes of green absinthe and peach. Hmmmm this sounds like it might be something I would actually buy.

Makeup Sponge Applicator

This wasn't included on the product card either, so I assume it was another bonus. I've tried a few of these from other brands, and I've really liked them, so it's always good to have another one in my collection.

Rouche Boutique $10 Gift Voucher
This is a great addition, as I love Rouche Boutique! Excuse me while I go spendin'!

Overall I think the first Empire Box was definitely a winner. This is a box to watch, and although I won't be staying subscribed purely just because I'm trying to save my money, I'll be keeping an eye on their social media as I expect great things.

Have you heard of Empire Box before? If so, did you grab their launch box? What are your thoughts on this box? You can check them out here.
