Arbonne Clear Control Range*

Arbonne Clear Control Range Review - Sweetaholic Beauty

I've been trialling the Arbonne Clear Control Range for the past two months, and I thought I would share my thoughts. I've tried a few other products from Arbonne before, so I had high hopes about this particular range. I've read a few reviews about this range before I tried it, and I heard a lot of mixed thoughts.

Arbonne Clear Control Range Review - Sweetaholic Beauty

Arbonne describes this range as a four step system used as a path towards a radiant complexion. This range has been clinically shown to help reduce the appearance of blemishes and prevent new ones from forming. Each product contains salicylic acid for gentle exfoliation.

I'll be 100% honest - this range as a whole did not work for me. I'll admit this was hit and miss for me; some products worked and some didn't. Let's visit each product individually.

Arbonne Clear Control Range Review - Sweetaholic Beauty

Clarifying Blemish Wash

This was essentially my favourite product from the entire range. Aside from the salicylic acid, this wash also contains botanical complex which helps with gentle exfoliation. This is also soap-free, which is great for those with sensitive skin. This product has been working really well for me. I find that it doesn't foam up too much on my skin, which is a good sign, and really helps to keep my skin feeling clean, and my pores feeling unclogged.

Clarifying Blemish Toner

Unfortunately this particular toner didn't work for me. Whilst this is alcohol free, my skin just didn't agree with it. I found the particular formula to be fairly thick; when applied to my skin it did feel fresh and clean. Sadly that feeling just didn't last on my skin.

Clarifying Blemish Lotion

I've found that this lotion has been working really well for me, but is probably not my favourite lotion ever. This is oil free, which is great, and I've been using this as a morning moisturiser. I feel like it has definitely helped keep my skin feeling oil free and fresh, but I have tried other moisturisers that I prefer.

Blemish Calming Cream

This is a cream designed to use for spot treatments and is supposed to be a quick fix. Unfortunately this one didn't work for me either, and I felt like when I applied this to problem areas, it did practically nothing. I have other spot treatments that I prefer to use anyway, so this is no loss for me.

So while the Arbonne Clear Control Range didn't work for me in it's entirety, some of them certainly did, which is not an entire loss. I'm not sure why some of the products worked and some of them did, but I suppose that's just something that happens with skincare.

When it comes to skincare, it's very important to remember a few points: skincare that works for some people may not work for others, and vice versa. Ensure that you are using skincare exactly as it is described; don't expect perfect results if you're only using it haphazardly.

Have you tried the Arbonne Clear Control Range before? If so, what are your thoughts? Was your experience a hit or a miss?
