Two weeks ago, I was lucky enough to be invited to a Bloggers Luncheon event with MooGoo Skincare. MooGoo Skincare also own a cosmetics brand called Dusty Girls, so the event was surrounding both brands. I have actually tried a few Dusty Girls products before and love them; and I've featured Eye and Lip products, as well as Complexion products.
The event itself was held at Eden's Backyard, a gorgeous cafe in Carlton. It was an intimate event with just a few bloggers. MooGoo treated us to a delicious sit down brunch, while we had a chat about the products and ethics of the brand.
Although I already knew a lot about the family run brand, it was great to hear the representatives talk so enthusiastically about their products, and they really knew their stuff!
After trying a few products from Dusty Girls, I was incredibly excited to try out their other products. The brand had provided a bunch of products on the tables for us to just let loose and try as we please. It was great being able to try and swatch the products as we were discussing them.
There was also the entire range of MooGoo skincare products on the table as well, for us to sniff and try out. I loved the scent of the Protein Shot, which is actually a hair product. I wanted to take everything home with me!
MooGoo Skincare and Dusty Girls did provide the goods, however, and sent us home with a pretty generous goody bag. They also let us take whatever products we absolutely loved from the table. I grabbed a few makeup products, and of course the Protein Shot.
Some new Dusty Girls products I had not tried out before; the Natural Mineral Bronzer in Sunshine, the Mineral Foundation in Fair, the Shimmering Lipgloss in Pacific Ocean Shimmer, the Natural Mineral Mascara in Night Fall and the Kabuki Brush. I can't wait to start using them and will more than likely do a blog post featuring my favourite products.
I received a few MooGoo skincare products too. The Milk Wash, which comes in a huge bottle, looks like it'll be a great addition to my showers. We also got the Udder Cream, the How Now Brown Cow Gradual Tanning Full Cream for face and body, the Protein Shot Leave In Conditioner, the Anti-Bacterial Hand Moisturiser which will be great for when my partner is in hospital, the Fresh Cream Deodorant and the Cow Lick Lip Balm. I am so excited to try all these skincare goodies!

Overall it was a great event. I learnt a lot more about the two brands, including that Dusty Girls is a complete vegan makeup line, which is great to know. All products are cruelty free and not tested on animals, which I also love.
I had a great time with the brand, and can't wait to start using everything.
Have you ever heard of MooGoo skincare or Dusty Girls Cosmetics before? If so, what are your thoughts? Do you have any favourite products?
