A little while ago... wait, scratch that - a long while ago, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula sent me this absolutely gorgeous little gift pack of their new goodies from the Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula range. I have been using the products on and off, but now that the weather is cooling down, they've made regular appearances in my current rotation.
I was lucky enough to receive four of their new gorgeous products, as well as a bonus candle which I'm almost certain you can't buy in stores. Someone correct me if I'm wrong though as it does smell delicious!
The Palmer's Coconut Oil Body Lotion is essentially the coconut oil equivalent of the cult classic Cocoa Butter. The scent was a bit different - and was definitely more coconut scented. I found everything else to be practically the same, although if we're splitting hairs here I would say this one is a tad oilier than the original. Other than that, there's not a whole lot to say about it other than it's a great product and has always been one of my favourites.
I'm super sensitive to hand products, so when I first saw this hand cream I definitely assumed oiliness. After actually using the Palmer's Coconut Oil Hand Cream, I found it actually absorbed rather nicely and there was oily residue. As I'm so sensitive, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to repurchase this when I'm done, but I will still use it until it's all finished.
Okay this is my new favourite product ever. I was so hesitant to even try it as I assumed it would be super oily, but the Palmer's Coconut Oil Body Oil really surprised me. I found it to be one of those drier oils; one that absorbs incredibly fast and made my skin feel like velvet. I now use it after a bath to keep my skin from drying out - as I like my baths pretty darn hot.
I love my body butter products, and when I tried the Palmer's Coconut Formula Body Cream, it was a tad oilier than I was expecting. However, I found that it did absorb really quickly and didn't leave any oily residue behind, which was definitely a plus. I found that because of the oiliness, it was too thick to apply to certain areas of my body and I preferred it just for my arms and legs - and the booty. It moisturised perfectly though, so I actually loved this.
The candle was a lovely addition, and I've been using it every time I have a bath. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the scent was and how long lasting the candle has been.

I really like the new coconut oil formula, and have really been enjoying the products in this range. If I had to pick a favourite it would definitely have to be the body oil.
A winning collection, and a must try for anyone who loves coconut oil.
Have you tried anything from the Palmer's Coconut Oil Formula collection? If so, what are your thoughts?
