Biore Charcoal Pore Minimiser

Biore Charcoal Pore Minimiser Review - Sweetaholic Beauty

I have been loving my Biore Pore Penetrating Charcoal Bar so much, that I also had to pick up the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimiser. I've been a huge fan of the other charcoal products released by Biore in the past, so I had a good feeling about this one.

I don't know what it was about Biore products, but I love the scent. Almost all Biore products smell the same to me; like green tea or something similar.

I was pretty intrigued by the packaging. Rather than squeezing it out, it comes with this automatic dispenser. Just push the button and a little bit will pop out, so you don't get too much product at once. Right now it's working great, but I have my doubts that it would work well when there isn't much product left. I've heard complaints of it clogging up but that hasn't happened to me yet.

The product itself is a little grainy, but more gel like than anything. Applying to the skin, I'm instantly met with a refreshing tingle on my skin. People with super sensitive skin might want to steer clear of this one, though. I found that after using it, it certainly helped exfoliate the skin, but I haven't particularly noticed my pores becoming smaller.

After using this in conjunction with my charcoal bar, I really like how clean and exfoliated my skin feels. I don't think it particularly does what it claims, but it does help to keep my skin clear and clean, and I'm pretty happy with that considering this is a very budget friendly product. Overall, not a bad product at all.

Have you tried the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimiser? If so, what are your thoughts? What do you think of charcoal products?

  5. I found that Biore skincare generally is a little too harsh for me.. The last two products I've tried have really stung my skin :(
