Last weekend was the almighty Salon Melbourne! For those of you who don't know, Salon Melbourne is an awesome industry only event that sells heaps of beauty related products at industry prices! I didn't take enough photos of the actual expo itself to do an entire post, but you can see last year's recap here. This year I went with my blogging besties Mel, Kat and Erin!
So instead I decided to just show you my haul!
Klara Cosmetics Kiss Proof Lips in 05, 07, 02 and 09
This was my first time trying Klara Cosmetics despite them being a blogger favourite! I fell in love with their Kiss Proof Lips - and not just because they had sexy gentlemen advertising them - but because of their awesome colour pay off! I tried to stick to more neutral colours, but couldn't help getting one of their newest neon colours; a bright pink!

Klara Cosmetics Trio
Klara Cosmetics also had a make-your-own palette feature, something I truly enjoy! I decided to just get a trio! Kat, Mel and I absolutely fell in love with the first colour, and we all ended up with it! (That is until Mel realised she already owned it and went back to switch!) I decided to keep my trio mostly neutral but still shimmery! (I don't know if these have colours, sorry!)
Eye of Horus Gift Pack
This was such a nifty little gift pack for only $50! The pack included a mascara, a liquid eyeliner and an eyeliner pencil in the colour of my choice. I decided not to be boring and got Serpentine, which is a gorgeous olive colour! This also came in a cute little mesh bag with a sharpener!
Inglot Custom Blush Palette
I don't know what colours they are, sorry, but I pretty much copied Kat! I fell in love with her swatches whilst we were checking out the Inglot stall, so I decided to just get what she was getting! I got two matted colours and two shimmer colours!
Inglot Custom Eyeshadow Palette
Again, I have no idea what colours I got! I only paid for the five pan palette but was given a ten pan by mistake! Oops! I'll have to head in to another Inglot store now to pick up more colours!

Lime Crime Lipsticks in No She Didn't, Retrofuturist, Cosmopop, Chinchilla, Mint To Be, Glamour101, Centrifuschia and New Yolk City
I only needed these last few colours to finish off my collection, so I thought: why not! They were far cheaper than in store, so I was pretty happy with that. We arrived at 9am on the dot, and the entire stall was pretty much empty! By 10am it was crazy and girls were pushing each other out of the way just to get some! I feel so relieved I got there early on!

Orly Polishes in Green With Envy, Lemonade, Angel Rain
I decided not to buy any OPI because it can often be found cheaper online, but Orly can be a pain in the butt to find at a cheaper price! I love the Orly stand, and it was so hard to decide, so I went with colours I don't have many of - green and yellow. Angel Rain was too pretty to pass up!

Overall I had a fantastic day with the girls! Although we arrived early and by the end of the day I was totally pooped, it was definitely worth it! I'll definitely be heading to Salon Melbourne again next year!
If you'd like to see any reviews on the above products, let me know and I'll see what I can do!
Did you go to Salon Melbourne this year? If so, what did you buy? Did you have fun!
