Pamper Yourself with Sanctuary Spa *

Sanctuary Spa, Clay Mask, Toner, Pore Refiner, Skincare

There are such a huge variety of products now available to help you to pamper yourself at home, so I wanted to share some of my new-found favorite products to give you that home spa feeling.

I've tried a few products from Sanctuary Spa in the past, and I've always been incredibly impressed. High end feeling products at pharmacy prices, what's not to love.

I've been trialing out three products lately; the Exfoliating Pore Refiner, the 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask and the Pore Refining Toner. By using these three products, I've created myself an easy and effective spa routine at home.

Exfoliating Pore Refiner

This pore refiner was what I was most excited to try out. I've been eyeing this in the store for some time, as I love my scrubs, this seemed like something I would like. This is designed specifically for congested skin, and gives a deep cleanse. It says not to use this every day, and not on consecutive days. I use this roughly three times a week, and found that routine works best for me. The scrub itself was a little bit gritty, but is more on the softer side. It made my skin feel incredibly cleansed and soft, and was just lovely. A fair warning; it does not smell amazing. It's also very easy to overuse this product, you don't need a lot. I find the smaller amount, the better it does for my skin.

5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask
This ended up being my favourite out of the trio. I had actually tried this mask a few times before and fell in love, so when I received this again for trial, I was delighted. As you can imagine, being a thermal mask, this heats up once it hits your face. This is charcoal based, which helps to give your face a truly deep cleanse. Aside from the heat up gimmick (which I still love - especially in winter) this mask is also really effective. I found after using this a few days a week (generally with the scrub) my skin was beginning to look a lot clearer and refined. This mask doesn't have a scent - at least none that I've noticed, so it's perfect to slap on and slide into the bath.

Pore Refining Toner
After being a little bit turned off by the not-so-nice fragrance of the exfoliating refiner, I was a bit hesitant to try out this toner. This particular toner is designed specifically for your pores and to help smooth minimise them, as well as smoothing my skin. Although this is a spray toner, I opted for spraying onto a cotton pad and gently patting onto my face to ensure complete coverage. After using this one every night of the week after normal cleansing, I was impressed with how smooth my skin has been feeling. I was also delighted by the ultra yummy scent.

If you look closely, you can see the microbeads of the Exfoliating Pore Refiner. The actual product isn't packed to the brim with them, but there are just enough to make a difference. The Thermal Mask also has some grit to it, but goes on pretty smooth.

I was truly impressed with these three products together. My skin has been feeling smoother and more refined, and I do believe it's all thanks to these three pamper products from Sanctuary Spa. I wish I could use these products every day, but I think my skin might hate me if I overcleansed!

Have you ever tried Sanctuary Spa? If so, what products are your favourite? Have you every tried any of these product in particular? If so, what are your thoughts?
