So, because of our busy schedules, our Christmas in July turned into Christmas in August, and we finally got together last Friday and exchanged gifts!
I bet you're all just dying to find out what's inside that luxe box!
I'm absolutely loving the neutral colours in this duo, and they are definitely colours I would choose for myself!
I am in love with this! This was part of my wishlist back in April, and so she's obviously been
I've actually never heard of this brand before! I have far too many mascaras open at the moment so sadly I'll have to wait a few months before trying this! At least I'll have a few backups waiting!
This is my new favourite! She knew I really wanted to give these a go after a suggestion from her, so I was so happy she included one! The colour is also super versatile, I wore it out during the day for a simple look and then added a few extra shades over it for a more bold look for a night out!
I have heard so much about this, and so I am absolutely thrilled! It's a very generous sample size!
As you probably all already know, I love hair care samples, and this is packed with them! I can't wait to use them all up and see how they go!
This one looks very interesting! I'm not 100% sure on what it is or what it does, but anything for my hands is always a plus for me!
I have a few other samples from this brand also that I never used up, so now I have double! So when I do try these, I'll get a much better result!
It's never too early to start protecting myself from wrinkles! This one looks super fancy, and although I've never heard of this particular product, I know Gatineau is an amazing brand so I'm super excited to try this!
This is a great sample size, and I want to leave this at my work so I have a lovely hand wash to use instead of the disgusting one in my work bathroom! I'm very fussy with what goes on my hands, and I love the smell of this!
I will forever love Revlon lipsticks, so I was very happy with this! I love the colour as it's definitely something I would wear, but probably not something I would have picked out for myself! (I have a problem with lipsticks - I only ever go for the light pink or coral colours!) I can't wait to wear this one out!
So as you can see, I got very spoilt! I love doing blog swaps, even with somebody in the same country, as it's such a great way to meet new friends and try new products! I love interacting with other bloggers who have similar interests so this was a fabulous experience!
So a giant thank you to Samantha Smith who organised this, and of course The Made Up Maiden for giving me all these gorgeous goodies! Make sure you check out both of their blogs to check out what they got for their swaps, too!
These all look amazing, really want to try the Shu Uemura Skin Purifier.

I am soooo happy you loved the items I got you! Please don't worry about the extras, I had quite a lot of samples lying around and I wanted to share the love (before they expired or something)!
ReplyDeleteThe French product (the Gardeners hand healer) is a hand cream. :)
I also loved everything you got me and I will have my swap post up soon!
I loved meeting you and cannot wait to catch up again!
xx
Haha fair enough, I'll definitely use them up! (Somehow samples are so much more exciting when somebody else gives them to you!)
DeleteAnd I figured it was a hand cream, just wasn't too sure ;)
Can't wait to meet up again soon too :) xx
How exciting :) Some really lovely things in there. I'm sure that your package to her was just as thoughtful and generous! Love the OPI and looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the Shu.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! I'm really loving the OPI... I'm still testing out a few other skin care items so I want to wait until I'm done with that to have a fresh start on the Shu :)

What a wonderful swap haul Jasmine! I too am a fan of Bloom and I love my faithful Revlon lippies :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! You definitely can't go wrong with Revlon lippies! When in doubt - Revlon! :D
DeleteHi Jasmine,
ReplyDeleteThis swap looks amazing. So many goodies! It makes me want to request that my bestie and I go out and do something similar...but without blogs haha.
I was wondering if I could maybe get some help? I’m working on an 'out and about' app atm, and a part of the app will have bloggers recommending 5-10 places in their city to check out for things like where to buy products they feature, or get their hair, nails or make-up done. I was wondering if you might recommend maybe a few places you love? I will put links up to your blog on the app. We already have 3,000 people registered to download the app and it hasn't even launched yet, we're really excited!
