July Empties

Wow, it's my first ever empties post! I have so many different products that I find it so difficult to use up one thing in a month, or at least I thought so until this month came around! With the first empty item I decided to keep it, so I can share it all with you! (And to answer your question - yes, this was taken on my bathroom mat!)

So, what did I use up this month?

L'Oreal Elvive Colour Protect Shampoo & Condtioner

I'm not sure what made me actually buy these, although I suspect it was whilst they were on sale for just over $3 in Priceline a little while ago. Who could resist cheap shampoo? I'd heard a lot of great things, and I'm not usually one to try "supermarket" shampoo & conditioner with the exception of John Frieda. I thought to myself: why not?
I forced myself through the bottles and honestly couldn't wait for them to end. They weren't terrible by any means, they just weren't for me. They weighed my hair down slightly, I need a lighter shampoo & conditioner so I think this one was just too heavy for me. In terms of colour protect, I'm not really sure it did anything to be honest. It wasn't bad, it was usable, and it didn't leave my hair greasy or too dry either.

Would I repurchase?

No, I don't think so. While the price is very enticing, I'd rather spend a little bit extra and give my hair something that will improve it, rather than just wash.

She Mango Orange Body Wash

I'm not really sure what made me buy this one either, I went through a stage where I was buying a lot of body washes! This one was in a nice big bottle and looked so pretty, I had to get it! The orange mango smell was delicious and long lasting, without being too overpowering. It foamed up well and left me feeling really soft and smooth! I'm sad to see this one go, and I know my boyfriend is too!

Would I repurchase?

Definitely, although not until my spending ban is over, and until I've used up the rest of my body washes first!

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula

I got this for free in the Priceline Skin Care bag, and so happy I did! I'd tried the Palmer's Cocoa Butter a long time ago and loved it, but for some reason I hated the fragrance free one! I must have got a dodgy bottle last time as this one smelt fine and did the job! It made my legs feel ridiculously smooth, which I loved!

Would I repurchase?

Definitely! Just like the body wash though, I have a lot of other products I need to use up first (there is no WAY I'm doing a Project X Pan as I find that a bit too scary, but trust me, there's a lot of products!) but I think I'll gravitate back to this one for the lovely summer months!

Bioré Gentle Make-up Removing Wipes

I love my Bioré products, and I love using wipes! Although there is a bit of controversy about the wipes, I still like using them. I use this before a cleanser, not instead of, so I don't think it's a real problem! I find them great for getting rid of excess make-up so your cleanser can work better!
These wipes are particularly lovely, and are so soft and soothing! They don't dry me out at all and smell delightful! You can check out my full review here.

Would I repurchase?

I already have a lovely stash of these babies saved up from the brilliant deal Priceline was having a little while ago!

So hopefully you liked my empties post! If you'd like to see a full review of any of these products just let me know, I'd be more than happy to oblige.
Have you tried any of these products? What did you think?
