I love a good celebrity scent. I know that a lot of people find them to be a little bit cheap and nasty, but lately I've noticed a real increase in celebrity fragrances that are actually worth a sniff. I've tried a two others from the Katy Perry Killer Queen range, and I've loved them both. When I caught Royal Revolution on sale, I figured why the hell not?
The packaging of this particular fragrance has to be my favourite out of the entire range so far. The blue and steel shades just look gorgeous together, and really appealing.
The deep blue bottle with the steel lid looks stunning, and I think this has to be the most beautiful bottle so far as well. I also adore the fact that all the fragrances in this particular line have all had the same bottle, which makes my collection look just adorable all together.
Attention to detail is a must with the Katy Perry fragrances, and I'm so happy they continued this beautiful feature.
As for the scent itself, this is probably also one of my favourites. Whilst it's fairly feminine, it's also incredibly bold and unique. Top notes include pomegranate and pink freesia, middle notes include sandalwood, orange flower and jasmine petals, whilst base notes include black thorn, vanilla orchid and skin musk.
The scent is incredibly floral but not sweet like you'd think, considering the notes. I adore wearing this for a night out, rather than day to day wear, only due to it's bold fragrance.

All in all I think that Royal Revolution may be my favourite of the three fragrances that I own from the Killer Queen collection. I've reviewed the first two fragrances here; Killer Queen and Killer Queen Oh So Sheer.
Have you tried the Katy Perry Killer Queen's Royal Revolution yet? If so, what are your thoughts? Which fragrance is your favourite from this range?
