Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes *

I'm a big fan of face wipes, not only because they work extremely well at removing excess makeup before I cleanse my face, but because they're just so easy! When I was asked to try the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, do you really think I was going to pass up the chance? (Also I was running low, so why not!)

The first thing I noticed about these wipes was the lovely, refreshing scent! Some wipes I find can either have a really chemical smell, or a really strong fragrance. These were really neutral, which is great!

I also found that the wipes themselves were not too wet (as some of the cheaper brands can be) but not too dry either (again, something else to watch out for with the cheap brands!)

I found that the Neutrogena Cleansing Wipes also left my skin feeling really lovely, and didn't dry out my skin. The one thing that I can say I really love about these wipes is that they were far too neutral to evoke any outbreaks in my skin! No outbreaks is always a plus!

When I came to the end of this package, I was disappointed, because I was really enjoying using them! I found they really removed all traces of make-up, even waterproof, and kept my skin clean and clear.

Overall, I'm a big fan of these wipes. I'll definitely be trying them out again when I've run out of other ones to test, as they were just so nice and easy!

Have you tried these wipes before? If so, what did you think?

This product was provided for my consideration.

  1. Oh, wow! I must really try these.. although, I just bought a bulk load of makeup wipes from Nivea which I'm already regretting because of their strong fragrance. :( Thanks for the review! x

    1. Oh no! What a shame! I didn't mind the Nivea ones, but I think I preferred these, definitely!

  2. Makeup wipes are the first step in my face cleaning routine! After that, I use an additional makeup remover, then wash my face. I'd love to try this, especially since my facial cleanser is Neutrogena also :)

  7. I've always snagged Face Of Australia wipes when they are on sale for $2 each, but I've been realising that some other wipes I've tried has really surpassed FOA in quality! I like the Johnsons wipes and WOTNOT. I've tried Neutrogena, but not the wipes! Their shake up bottled make up remover is great so this one will be on my list to try! Thanks for the review xxx
