Australis Limited Edition 25th Anniversary Collection

Although this has been released for a little while already, I really wanted to share with you the Australis 25th Anniversary Limited Edition collection!

These were tough to find in store due to their popularity (you'll see exactly why in a moment!) and I actually resorted to the Australis website! Needless to say the shipped extremely quickly, so I would definitely recommend the website!

Glitter Top Coat Nail Enamel in Fairy Bread

This particular polish was very difficult to find, every store I checked had been sold out! I decided to buy this from the Australis website, which thankfully had it in stock and ready to ship!

Fairy Bread is the perfect glitter top coat! The pieces of glitter come in a vast range of colours and sizes, making the end result look somewhat like confetti - or fairy bread!

One of the pluses of Fairy Bread is that the glitter is not at all sparse, and you get a good load of it every time you dip your brush! The glitter to polish ratio is very generous! In saying this, it does not leave a rough feel on the nail afterwards either, but dries very flat and smooth!

As with most glitter polishes, it is extremely difficult to remove, however I did find that it is very long lasting and did not chip whatsoever!

Colour Inject Mineral Lipstick in Lick the Icing and Make a Wish
Australis also released two gorgeous pink shades of lipstick from their Colour Inject range! Both of these were hard to find! I was lucky enough to find Make a Wish in stores, however Lick the Icing was nowhere to be found, so I purchased online for this as well.

Lick the Icing and Make a Wish

Both lipsticks were very nourishing and did not dry out my lips at all. The colours are long lasting and not sheer in the slightest! Both colours were very rich and bold!

Swatched - Lick the Icing

Lick the Icing is not for the faint hearted! As you can see it's a frosty ice pink, which is very bright on my lips! I will say that this lipstick is not for everyone, but for those of you who love bright colours, this is for you!
I actually adore these cute colours, and so this is perfect for me!

This one is a little tricky with application, as you can see on my lips you will probably need a matching lip liner!

Swatched - Make a Wish

Make a Wish is bordering on red, but is a gorgeous deep red pink. I absolutely love the look of this on my lips, and I think this one is more suited to different styles. This one is bold too, so for those of you who like something nude or plain, maybe search elsewhere! But for those who love a bit of colour, this one is for you! It's definitely a head-turner!

So there you have it, those are the gorgeous additions to the Australis Limited Edition range in honour of their 25th anniversary! I believe they have added another nail polish to the collection, and there are a few other Summer limited edition lipsticks and nail polishes out, so I will have to collect them all next to show you!

What did you think of this collection? Do you think it goes well with the birthday theme?
